Episcopal seniors Erica Lewis and Christopher Sanderson won $1,000 scholarships and laptop computers in the Coca-Cola “Share the Knowledge” essay contest.

More than 700 essays were submitted for the competition, from which 10 winners were chosen. Episcopal was the only school with more than one winner.

Students had to write about one of two topics: How has Hurricane Katrina affected your community, or what would you do if given $10 million?
