The Episcopal High School Concert Band earned a Sweepstakes trophy at District Festival on March 27. The band earned a superior rating for both concert and sight-reading.

The band is directed by Paul Taranto. Members are: Hannah Park, Jenny Craig Annika Reinelt, Katherine Seger and Madeline Wen (flute); Haley Johnson (oboe); Sarah Seger, Alex Darden, Camille Coleman, Ben Stage, Laura Dickinson, Rachel Voss and William Dickinson (clarinet); Jourdan Puyau (bass clarinet); Jesse Goodman and Allison Smither (tenor sax); Adam Grenier, Marshall Watts, Gabe Leupin, Chris Beckwith and Garrett Bacon (alto sax); Trey Bacon (bari sax); Christopher Sanderson, Jacob Hobbs, Wills Collier, Matthew Johnson, Joseph Howe, Trey Maughan, Alex Chapple and Andy Thompson (trumpet); Devin Tempton, Ricky Sheldon and Ainsley Fagan (French horn); Colin Baldridge, Nick Bierman, Ross Wafer, David Bruner and Josh Parnell (trombone); Edward Collier (euphonium); Jacob Gunter and Jack Leupin (tuba); Nicholas Easterly, Annie Ballard, Matt Lewis, John Gaudet and Robert Peterson (percussion); and Robert Stewart (string bass).
