Episcopal High School has been nominated and selected
to receive the 2004 Distinguished Partners in Education
Award from
the State Department of Education and the State Board of Elementary
and Secondary Education.
This award, first presented in 1991, is given annually to a select
number of businesses, industries, associations, or individuals
that have made significant contributions to education in Louisiana.
Of the 61 applicants for the 2003 – 2004 school year, there
are only 8 recipients, and Episcopal is the only school this
year to receive the award. Episcopal was nominated by Melrose
