Welcome to the Middle School Technology page.

It is with much excitement and eagerness that we welcome you to the 2007-08 school year. Success in the 21st century for our students will depend upon an understanding of and the capability to use current and emerging media and technology. Thus, the middle school technology focus is to integrate our curriculum in a tech-infused environment.

As defined in the June 2006 issue of Technology and Learning, a tech-infused culture is one in which students can be more engaged in their learning, have multiple means of accessing and demonstrating that learning, and have varied assessments through the use of technology. Thus the current year invites our students to join us in this tech-infused culture, as we expand our realm of teachers and prepare our millennial students for the 21st century. We look forward to a successful and productive technological experience with our middle school classes.
