UDA Camp:
The Episcopal Highsteppers dance team participated
in a private UDA camp held at Episcopal June 3rd - 6th.
UDA Instructor, Kimmie Smith, taught the team four dances
which will be performed during the year. The team also received
personal attention in stretching, technique, team building
activities, and stand dances.
The Highsteppers performed the dances they learned for their
families in the VPAC on the last day of camp. They earned
Blue Superior ribbons for their performances as well as
the Superior Trophy.
The Highsteppers also held a Drill Down competition and
Kelsey Clark won the "Drill Down Queen" award.
Kelsey Clark, Mary Claire Ferachi, Allie Miller, Madison
Pizzolato, Ryann Roussell and Morgan Solar were all selected
for All Stars, which qualifies them to attend the Varsity
Spirit parade in London over New Years.
